Hotel Bijou
SAN FRANCISCO
Hidden away in a corner of Union Square is a sanctuary devoted to the savory gibson cocktail and finery of the previous century. Restoration of a 1906 era building with its double story lobby into new common areas, including a new craft cocktail bar, exhibition kitchen, live fire cooking hearth, and extensive back of house areas that embrace the new-old stuff of the current.
